Dejavu Boutique & Art Gallery

At the Upper East Side location, Dejavu Boutique & Art Gallery is greatly embedded in the art origins and historical background of the building. The 60th street store was the previous location of the prominent Bodley Gallery, which opened in the 1940s and closed in the 1980s. Bodley Gallery housed artwork by the Pop artist, Andy Warhol, along with many prominent Surrealist artists such as René Magritte. To acknowledge the building’s past, we preserved the 2nd floor of our store as an Art Gallery to showcase artwork by established artists and the interior is lined with décor by Mackenzie-Childs.
