Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed same day, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays, from New York, NY. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email or telephone. All shipments within the Continental U.S. are sent via UPS or USPS with signature requirement, unless you contact us prior to placing an order and request to use a different shipping method. Signature is required however if you request no signature, Dejavu is not responsible in case of theft. If you reside outside the Continental U.S., please contact us via email to place your order. For additional shipping fees we will arrange to ship your order via USPS Priority Mail International and insure your package using a third party insurance. For international orders, a customs duty may be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. Dejavu is not responsible for payment of this duty. Buyer will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
